MIKE FLOOD (MIKE URBAN) hotfix 10-12-2014

This hotfix enables support for QD profiles (discharge as a function of depth) in couplings between MOUSE and MIKE 21. The new coupling type is accessible from the MIKE FLOOD interface.

Please note: If both MIKE URBAN and MIKE Zero are installed, then both hotfixes (MIKEURBAN_2014_141210.zip and MIKEZero_2014_141210b.zip) must be installed.
